From case study to commercials
Commercial real estate transactions are complex and require not only vision, but specific knowledge and expertise, a wide network of accomplished colleagues and the subtle social skills to navigate multiple rounds of negotiations with key stakeholders. Terry Coyne, the most accomplished commercial real estate executive in the metro Cleveland area, wanted to convey the essential positives of his brand in a way that acknowledges the intricate process of CRE that he’s mastered by highlighting, in a case study, his largest deal so far: the acquisition and transformation of an abandoned Chrysler manufacturing plant. The case study videos we created for him logged more than 50,000 views on LinkedIn and provided an excellent capsule piece so that new clients could instantly understand the value-add of choosing to work with Terry. The accompanying humorous dual portrait showed Terry’s ability to collaborate with co-workers across the spectrum, the testimonials and business tips showcased Terry’s vast experience in the market, and the sixty-second advertisement was designed to inspire local entrepreneurs to reconsider their home town, Cleveland, as a base of operations.

Book Trailers (With a twist)
Angie spent more than two years building up a sizable Pinterest and Instagram audience. With her soothing and profound nature quotes, she regularly reaches more than 9,000,000 views per month on Pinterest and shares to more than 27,000 followers weekly on Instagram. She came to us with a challenge: to produce an innovative trailer for her debut novel Scarlet Oak on a tight budget, during the pandemic, without posing any risk to cast and crew. Our solution: we designed not one, but three POV trailers that reflected the trio of narrators in Angie’s book. Each of their perspectives subtly informed the imagery selected to give audiences more information about the characters and plot, even with limited visual material. To accomplish this vision, we developed original voice-over, cast the voiceover artists and worked with them remotely on their performances, and then edited their audio tracks with commercially available footage from Motion Array. The book was released on Amazon in February, 2021 and quickly rose to the #1 position in the Magical Realism category of new releases.

From stage to Video Keynotes
Before the pandemic hit, MJ Shaar was one of the top workplace wellness speakers in the country, anchoring major conferences on topics like: applying positive psychology and understanding stress. On a tight budget, we produced interstitial content for MJ that was shared as part of her keynotes and workshops, integrating stock footage with original messaging on the dangers of loneliness, stress, and depression. The pandemic fundamentally changed the landscape for Ms. Shaar and we pivoted with her, helping to establish MJ as a high quality provider of video keynotes, tailored to the priorities of the human relations departments seeking to improve the lives of their workers. While we cannot publicly release these video tutorials designed for corporate, in-house viewing, a private link is available as a work sample via the form below.
